There are a lot of things that can go wrong in your motion that may prevent you from whipping your arm properly. In today’s video, I’ll go over some of them!
My daughter is having trouble with concept of “hip position” with forearm fire. She can do the isolation drill all day. When getting into full delivery she sometimes reverts to dragging the foot (pushing the ball) because of her confusion with open vs closed hips. Can you explain the relationship between the upper body and the hips through this delivery?
Thanks

I will address it in next Friday’s (Sept. 20) post and I am certain that I can clarify the situation for you and your daughter at that time.
