Today is the third video in the “speed killer series” and we are talking all about drive through foot problems! One of the most common issues in pitching that can be tricky to address.
What do you recommend to work on this? I pitched for many year and at the D1 level, but this is not something I ever struggled with, so I am struggling finding ways to help a pitcher I am coaching with the collapsing back foot. Any drills or specific tools? Thanks!

Drive through foot collapse can be caused by many things: opening the body too early, poor strength in the posterior leg muscles, not getting into a strong or efficient load position. We have a lot of drills for all of these things on Fastpitch Power+!
