    What weight medicine ball do you recommend starting with, and frequency? 3 X 10 reps? both exercises?

    Hi Siobhan, I use between 6lb-10lb balls. 3 x 10 is perfect for both exercises, as many days per week as you would like (med ball exercises typically won’t cause soreness/stiffness unless you do A LOT).
