Improving the Drive -Through Strength Training
Two weeks ago, I posted a video covering 3 Ways Strength Training Improves Softball Pitching. Specifically, I described the three instances during the windmill delivery that strength coaches can focus their language and programming toward when communicating with and training softball players.
