Another Exercise to Become More Explosive

In this week’s video I introduce a lower body strength training exercise that every athlete and trainer should be incorporating into their program. If you have followed an Off-season or Summer program that I provided in the past, you are already familiar with this pattern.

The 1 leg deadlift is an important, yet difficult, exercise for athletes. In the video, I explain the reasons you should be including it, as well as demonstrate alternatives and progressions for every level of athlete.

    My daughter is 8 th grade 5 7 175lb. Currently throwing 57-60. We are trying to put together a workout to get her speed up and general fitness. Could you give us a workout or send us in the right direction. I cannot find anything on line. Thank you Vaughn and Vanessa
